Erin Brosnihan, CPA, CA President
Originally from Edmonton, Canada, Erin relocated to Grand Cayman in 1999. Having earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1996, Erin then joined Ernst & Young in Edmonton, where she obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1999. After completing her contract with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cayman, Erin joined Kensington in 2001.
Erin is now President with responsibility for client services, for professional staff training and development, as well as being integral to quality and procedural enhancements. She is also a Past Chairperson of IMAC and now represents Kensington on IMAC’s Executive Committee.
Jon Brosnihan, CPA, CA Executive Vice President
Originally from Saskatoon, Canada, Jon earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2004. He joined Deloitte in Calgary, Canada in 2000, and then relocated with them to the Cayman Islands in 2004. Jon was a Senior Manager in Insurance at Deloitte before joining Kensington in 2011.
Jon is an Executive Vice President, and has responsibility for the management of a portfolio of captive insurance companies, as well as the oversight of Administrative Support personnel and other special projects.
Jacqueline Campbell, CPA Executive Vice President
Originally from Boston, MA, USA, Jackie joined Kensington in 2008. Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science Accountancy degree from Villanova University, PA in 2001 and received her CPA in 2007. After starting her career with Deloitte in Boston, MA in 2001, Jackie joined Partners Healthcare System, Inc. as a Senior Financial and Operational Auditor in 2005, before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2007.
Jackie is an Executive Vice President at Kensington, and in addition to the management of a portfolio of captive insurance companies, as well as special projects and is also on the IMAC Executive Committee with responsibility for coordinating the annual Cayman Captive Forum.
Michelle Lewis, CPA, CA Executive Vice President
Originally from Belleville, Ontario, Canada, Michelle relocated to the Cayman Islands and joined Kensington in 2005. Michelle earned a Management Economics degree from the University of Guelph, Ontario, finished her qualifying credits with Wilfrid Laurier University, Ontario, and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2001. After starting her career with Arthur Andersen in Toronto in 1998, Michelle joined Deloitte in Kitchener, Ontario in 2002, where she spent two years practicing Canadian tax before becoming an Audit Manager in 2005.
Michelle is an Executive Vice President at Kensington, and in addition to the management of a portfolio of captive insurance companies, she also has responsibility for marketing and business development.
Susan Gawryluki, CPA, CA Executive Vice President
Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Susan earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1999 and received her Chartered Accountant designation in 2003. Susan started her career working for Deloitte in Winnipeg and Ottawa, before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2004. Susan joined Deloitte in Grand Cayman in 2004, where she was an Audit Manager in Insurance until she joined Kensington in 2007.

Claude Plamondon, CPA, CA Senior Vice President
Originally from Quebec, Canada, Claude earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke in 2008 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2009. Claude started his career working for RSM and Deloitte in Canada, before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2012. Claude joined Deloitte in Grand Cayman in 2012 and then worked for UBS Fund Services until he joined Kensington in 2014.
Claude is a Senior Vice President, and has responsibility for the management of a portfolio of captive insurance companies, as well as the design and implementation of special IT projects.
Simon Yard, BA (Hons)General Counsel
Originally from London, England, Simon earned a joint honours degree in Law and Mathematics in 2002 and went on to complete his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2004 before qualifying as a solicitor in England in 2008. After practising as a corporate lawyer specialising in M&A and financial services in London, Simon relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2013 and was admitted to practise as an attorney. Before joining Kensington in 2019, Simon worked for a Cayman Islands law firm advising on a broad range of matters including the formation of investment funds, corporate & commercial transactions and captive insurance. Simon is the General Counsel, and Compliance Officer of Kensington and responsible for ensuring compliance with matters of Cayman Islands law.
